Point System
- Speeding tickets up to 15 miles over the speed limit = 3 points.
- Speeding tickets 16 miles or more over the speed limit = 4 points.
- Most other moving infractions = 3 points.
- 12 points within 12 months = a 30 day license suspension
- 18 points within 18 months = a 90 day license suspension
- 24 points within 36 months = a 1 year license suspension
